Congratulations to everyone who participated in the 90-day challenge. Many of us hit our goal weight, some got close and everyone who participated learned a great deal about how what and when to eat to fuel maximum performance and fat loss.
Michele lost 9.2 total pounds and 4.9% bodyfat
Melissa lost 6.2 pounds of pure bodyfat.
Mark lost 35 total pounds and broke the 10% body fat barrier by clocking at a very impressive 9.1% bodyfat
Honorable mention goes to Corey Breaux who dropped an impressive 12 total pounds.
Nothing magical here just some regular people who put in the work and followed the program.
