1 Ground to Overhead
1st round barbell must be unloaded. Athlete may build however heavy or how light they choose.
The seven rounds represent the 7th anniversary of Barbells for Boobs and every $80 raised serves 1 individual.
Scaling options & details:
Athlete can choose any variation of G2OH: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, etc.
Athlete does not need to build weight each round but can start and stick with the same weight for all 7 rounds.
If a G2OH repetition is failed, Athlete cannot move to the next round until the repetition is accomplished. Athlete can remove or add weight to accomplish the failed rep if desired.
