10000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge Continues. You need to have performed 2664 by the end of the 8th to be on schedule to succeed! Got to have goals! Also, the 8th is the drop-dead day to get a shirt when you sign up for the worldwide wod on the 20th.

15 Minutes to establish max effort Clean and Jerk.
There are a few rules. If you miss (pressouts are misses) you must drop weight and make the weight before you go back up. You must finish in 15 minutes.
We are in an open prep cycle and we might see a max effort in something which will come with similar rules especially the time limit so when the clock hits 15 you’re done.

5 x 5 tempo ring dips
3 counts down, 3 counts hold and 3 counts up. Scale dips to ring pushups and scale ring pushups to regular pushups on the floor.
