Odd – 10 Bar Facing Burpees. Rx + = 12**

Odd – 5 Box Jumps 24/20″ + 5 Dual DB Push Press 50/35*
*Rx+ = 8 Box Jumps 24/20″ + 8 Dual DB Push Press 50/35
I think we might see double dumbbells overhead in the open so now would be a good time to get the feel for it.
If you don’t finish the task in the prescribed minute stop and move on.
