Working in teams of two perform a 12 Minute AMRAP of the following
20 Tandem Deadlifts 225/155.
30 You go I go Burpees
20 Med Ball Pass (athletes stand 10 feet apart and pass ball back and forth with wallball range of motion rules.

3 rounds with HR @ 140-150BPM of:
60 KB Snatches 24/16kg (scale down as much as needed to maintain HR)
