Now CrossFit I35 is bringing all of that experience to our gym in our 90 day challenge starting on May 13 and running through August 12.

Tracking and Accountability
On May 13 @ 9:30am our kickoff meeting will consists of initial weigh ins and body fat measurements. We will also be available to answer any questions about how to follow the templates.
Helpful tools like the Pre, Mid, and Final Body Composition Weigh In and a weekly checkin to monitor progress and will take any guess work out of the equation. Part of the program isn’t just following the diet template but it’s keeping track of your progress (or sometimes lack thereof) so we can tell you that you’re moving powerfully toward your goal or need to make subtle changes to your template to move in the right direction. We’re here to help you tweak your template if your results are on schedule for your goal.
