We will be holding The CrossFit I35 Weight and Fat Loss Challenge Kick Off Meeting on Sunday January 18th at 2:oopm to give you all the secrets to weight and fat loss and that the rest of the industry doesn’t want you know! We are going to give you every last bit of information that you will need to make sure that you get the most out of the upcoming 10 weeks and look your best for spring and be in the best possible shape for the summer bikini and swimsuit season!

The contest will run from April 19 through June 28th.
There will be a winner take all cash prize for the most weight and fat loss! This time there will be only two categories, Fat Loss and Weight Loss.
We will cover the following at the kickoff meeting:
- Nutrition Priorities – Learn the hierarchy of what’s MOST important to what’s LEAST important in terms of seeing RESULTS in changing body composition and improving sports performance.
- Understanding Macro-Nutrients & Nutrient Timing – How important is protein, carbs and fats, and how much or how little do we need to make progress and see results? Also, learn about nutrient timing and understand how to set up your nutritional plan around your training schedule to improve performance while staying lean or shedding body fat!
- How To Create Your Own Diet Plan To Achieve Your Goals As An Athlete.
